KUNA, Idaho – The man convicted of murdering four students at the University of Idaho is reportedly facing harassment while in prison.

Multiple sources have indicated that the convicted murderer is being taunted by fellow inmates.

Reports suggest that inmates have been heckling him through air vents at night in the maximum-security prison where he is held.

NonStop Local reached out to the Idaho Department of Corrections for a statement regarding these reports.

“We are aware of Kohberger’s complaints about what he considers taunting. Incarcerated individuals commonly communicate with each other in prison,” said the department.

Bryan Kohberger, the convict, is housed alone in a cell. The department emphasized that their security staff maintain a safe and orderly environment for all individuals in custody.
