SPOKANE, Wash – U.S. Marshals and the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Real Time Crime Center helped track down a non-compliant sex offender in Spokane Valley Sunday.
Juan Ketchum was wanted by the Department of Corrections for not following the terms of his probation.
Ketchum had been in prison, convicted of raping a 15-year-old girl.
He also has a history in Spokane of not registering as a sex offender.
The news release from the sheriff’s office did not say how the Real Time Crime Center played a role in the arrest, only that U.S. Marshals caught up with Ketchum in the 15000 Block of East 24th Avenue.
