
SPOKANE, Wash. – Firefighters responded to an early morning fire inside two parked truck trailers at Helena and Riverside.
Spokane firefighters arrived at the scene around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday to see visible flames coming out of the trailers.
The intersection will be closed while firefighters put out the fire, which firefighters at the scene said will last until around 7:20 a.m.
Firefighters at the scene said the fire started inside one trailer before spreading to the trailer next to it. There were construction materials inside both trailers.
Both trailers were significantly damaged by the fire.
The cause of the fire is unknown and investigation is unknown.
