SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – The Washington State Patrol (WSP) identified three troopers involved in the shooting incident on June 15, which ended the multi-county crime spree in Spokane County.
Troopers Jordan Berezay, Alek Black and Dallas Slemp were named as those involved in the incident, which took place at the intersection of East Trent Avenue and North Pines Road, leaving a carjacking suspect dead from gunshot wounds.

The WSP stated that an investigation after the shootout concluded revealed that all three troopers discharged their firearms during the incident.
The incident remains under investigation.
