SPOKANE, Wash. – A collision has blocked the left lanes of Interstate 90 westbound near Altamont Street, causing possible traffic delays, according to the Spokane Regional Transportation Management Center (SRTMC).
The incident was first reported around 5:30 p.m. near milepost 283.
SRTMC noted there is no estimated time for the roadway to fully reopen as crews and authorities are arriving to clear the scene.
