Tiger rescued from traffickers gets first Christmas tree and gifts

Aqua the rescued tiger is seen enjoying his first Christmas with a tree and presents.

The predator was rescued from illegal trafficking and given a permanent home at Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm near Bristol.

Aqua was among several tigers saved by Animal Advocacy and Protection (AAP) at the Poland/Belarus border in 2019, and spent the past years recovering at AAP’s Primadomus rescue center in Villena, Spain.

He was the final tiger of the rescued pack to find a permanent home, arriving at Noah’s Ark in October.
