SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Three people were arrested on October 2 for burglarizing a home near South Dickinson Drive and South Winter Road.
K-9s and drones with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) assisted in locating the suspects.
SCSO said they received a call at around 5:00 a.m. from a witness who reported seeing two people break into the home when no one was supposed to be there.
One suspect, identified as 34-year-old Kaitlyn Tucker, exited the house when deputies arrived and cooperated with instructions, SCSO said. 34-year-old Jacob Parman-Todd, Tucker’s husband, fled from the house on foot.
SCSO said they found a third individual hiding in a cabinet inside the house, 30-year-old Joseph Felix, and safely took him into custody.
Parman-Todd was found hiding underneath the deck of the house with the assistance of K-9 units. Once found, Parman-Todd identified himself and cooperated with instructions.
Tucker was booked on a sole charge of residential burglary. Parman-Todd was booked for residential burglary and an active felony warrant, and Felix for residential burglary and a felony warrant, community custody hold.
Tucker was released by a judge on her own recognizance. Parman-Todd and Felix, who both had outstanding warrants, remain in custody.
