SPOKANE, Wash. — Thousands of residents in Spokane County were without power Wednesday night, with 73 active outages affecting 5,603 customers, according to Avista’s outage map.

Avista’s outage map shows 1,336 customers without power in the Manito and Comstock neighborhoods on the South Hill. Utility crews have no time of restoration.
The outage near the Saltese Uplands Conservation Area has been restored.
