BELLEVUE, Wash. — T-Mobile USA, Inc. has announced a significant layoff affecting 393 employees across multiple locations in Washington including Spokane Valley.

The layoffs, driven by changing business needs, are expected to be permanent, T-Mobile said in a letter to the Washington Employment Security Department.

T-Mobile clarified that these facilities will remain operational and the layoffs are not due to relocation or contracting out operations. However, some work may eventually be performed by others.

The affected employees have been or will be given at least 60 days’ notice, with the first separations anticipated on April 2, 2026. Among the positions affected are engineers, managers and analysts across various departments.

The Spokane Valley Office affected by the layoffs is listed at 10020 E Knox Ave Ste 50.
