LAPWAI, Idaho- Deputies and Tribal Police responded to a report of a suspicious man walking around a residence near Goldner Road on Dec. 19.
According to a press release from Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies identified a vehicle and man approximately a mile away that matched the description in the report.
Through their investigation, Deputies determined that the man had taken property from the residence where he had been seen. Property owners confirmed the subject had no permission to be removing items.
The man was placed under arrest for Burglary and booked into the Nez Perce County Adult Detention Center.
