Suspected Las Vegas gang member arrested in Moses Lake after attempted murder charges

MOSES LAKE, Wash. – A suspected Las Vegas gang member was arrested Tuesday in Moses Lake after being wanted on multiple felony charges, including two counts of attempted murder.

According to the Othello Police Department, they were contacted by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the FBI to help locate Savanh Klarck Singvongsa, 19. Police said Singvongsa was wanted on several felony charges, including two counts of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm and multiple counts of discharging a firearm at a person. Othello police said that he had fled to the Othello or Moses Lake area.

Police said that on Tuesday, after conducting surveillance, Othello and Moses Lake police located Singvongsa and performed a traffic stop around 7 p.m. in the drive-thru of a McDonald’s on North Stratford Road in Moses Lake.

Police said Singvongsa was taken into custody without incident and two guns were recovered from his car. Two additional occupants, Luis Leyton, 28, and Jeremiah Lomeli, 19, were also arrested on firearms violations.

Singvongsa was transported to the Grant County Jail, where he awaits extradition to Las Vegas to face his charges, according to police.
