WASHINGTON D.C. – Two West Virginia National Guard members who were are reportedly in critical condition following the incident.
NBC News reported that authorities identified the suspect as 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who was last known to reside in Bellingham, Washington.
The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to gather more information about the suspect and the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
