SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane police detained a possible suspect following a reported drive-by shooting in the West Central neighborhood.
According to a spokesperson for the Spokane Police Department, officers responded to reports of a drive-by shooting near West Maxwell Avenue and North Ash Street.
Police said they later located a suspected vehicle and detained a person in the 2300 block of West Kiernan Avenue.
The incident remains under investigation and additional information will be released as it becomes available. It is unclear whether anyone was injured.
