MEDICAL LAKE, Wash. – Anthony Gallup, 40, made his first court appearance facing charges related to a drive-by shooting incident from December 2024. Gallup, who is charged with felony drive-by shooting and misdemeanor harassment, was linked to the case by investigators.
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies responded to a home on North Washington Street and East Spence in Medical Lake. Upon arrival, they discovered several bullet holes in a car parked outside.
Authorities were able to trace the crime back to Gallup, who is the ex-boyfriend of the car’s owner. Gallup initially denied involvement and due to a lack of concrete evidence, he was not arrested at that time.
Recently, deputies executed a search warrant at Gallup’s home. It remains unclear what new evidence has surfaced since December.
Gallup is currently being held on a $25,000 bond.
