State Route 21 is all clear and has reopened, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
RITZVILLE, Wash. – State Route 21 is closed in both directions near I-90 due to a fire roughly 13 miles west of Ritzville according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
They said to expect delays and watch for emergency crews.
