SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – The Spokane Valley Mall’s Giving Machine, a charitable vending machine, concluded its run on Thursday. This unique machine allowed donors to purchase items for those in need.
Spokane is one of 126 cities worldwide to feature a Giving Machine. Organizers reported that donors purchased more than 7,000 items for both local and global charities.
The Giving Machine supported various groups, including Teen and Kid Closet, Second Harvest and Vanessa Behan, among others.
