SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Spokane Valley Police are seeking three people in connection with a fire at JCPenney’s in the Spokane Valley Mall on May 17, 2025, just before 8:00 p.m.
The Spokane Valley Investigative Unit (SVIU) Detectives, along with fire investigators, are working to determine the cause of the fire which caused at least $15,000 in damage, according to Spokane Valley Fire.
The individuals, captured in still images, are described as two females and one male, all approximately 5’00” to 5’04” with medium builds.
Detectives believe they were in the area before the fire began, Spokane Valley Police said in a release.
