SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Spokane Valley Investigative Unit, alongside the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) and the U.S. Marshals Service, arrested 15 suspects during a two-day operation focused on enhancing public safety by targeting individuals with active warrants.

The operation took place on December 10 and 11, targeting individuals wanted for various offenses, including failure to register as a sex offender, rape of a child, robbery, assault, burglary, possession of a controlled substance and DUI.

The law enforcement agencies coordinated this warrant surge across Spokane Valley and the greater county area. Their aim was to locate and arrest suspects involved in violent felonies, property crimes, and drug offenses, significantly impacting community safety. Each of the arrested suspects were booked into the Spokane County Jail.

While conducting the “warrant round-up” operations, authorities also filed new charges against four of the suspects, based on evidence collected during their arrests. Investigations into these new charges are currently underway.
