SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Gregory Talbot, a 44-year-old man involved in a , appeared in court Tuesday for his arraignment hearing.
Talbot was arrested earlier this month in a SWAT standoff following an incident on November 10, when he broke into his ex’s home and stole a phone.
In court Tuesday, Talbot pleaded not guilty to one count of first-degree burglary.
His criminal trial is tentatively scheduled for January 12, 2026.
