SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Firefighters in Spokane Valley responded to a house fire that broke out near the Mirabeau Park Hotel.
The fire was contained to the garage and dining room, preventing further damage to the home.
The Spokane Valley Fire Department estimated the damage to exceed $75,000.
The Red Cross is currently assisting three people who have been displaced due to the fire.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
