Spokane Valley deputies ask for help finding missing 11-year-old boy

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Office deputies are asking for help finding a missing 11-year-old boy.

Nicholas C. Mendoza was reported missing by his mother at about 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Nicholas’ mother said he left their home near North Evergreen Road and East Wellesley Avenue after a disagreement.

Nicholas was last seen near Evergreen and Trent and could possibly be on a personally owned lime-green electric scooter.

Nicholas is a Hispanic male, about 4-feet-10-inches tall, 120 pounds with black hair. He was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt and dark blue shorts.
