SPOKANE, Wash. – The city of Spokane has agreed to a $400,000 settlement in a lawsuit involving a woman raped by former Spokane police officer Nathan Nash.
Nash was convicted in 2022 for raping two women while in uniform, responding to assault cases in their homes.
The second woman involved in the case received a $300,000 settlement from the city last year.
The former officer is currently serving a 14-year sentence for his crimes.
