SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Police are searching for Chad A. Horne, 37, in connection with multiple arson incidents that occurred on July 8.
The Spokane Police Department reported that surveillance footage from one of the arson sites shows a man fitting Horne’s description.
The Spokane Police Major Crimes Unit is urging the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings of Horne, who also has an outstanding warrant for Malicious Mischief Domestic Violence.
Horne is around 5 feet 11 inches tall with a slim build, is known for having dyed hair or wearing wigs. He was previously charged in June 2024 with second-degree arson for a fire set on Shannon Ave in May 2024.
Authorities are asking anyone with information on Horne’s whereabouts or any footage connecting him to these fires to contact Crime Check at 509-456-2233.
