SPOKANE, Wash. – A Spokane police presence was seen outside the Thrive International building on Saturday.
Spokane Police Department officers at the scene said they were not able to provide information about the situation that prompted the response. NonStop Local KHQ crews observed people being allowed back into the building once it was cleared.
