SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane police confirmed they are investigating a double homicide at an apartment complex near East Cozza Drive and Nevada Street on Thursday morning, but no other details have been shared.
An investigator was present interviewing people at the apartment complex, NonStop Local’s staff at the scene observed.
