ST. MARIES, Idaho – A motorcyclist from Spokane died in a crash north of St. Maries, Idaho on Sunday.
According to the Idaho State Police, the man was driving on State Highway 3 when his motorcycle missed a corner and collided with an SUV.
The motorcyclist was flown to Kootenai Health, where he later died. Officials confirmed he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Troopers are continuing to investigate the incident, which closed down the highway for two hours.
