SPOKANE, Wash.— Seattle Met has updated its list of Washington’s 30 best destination restaurants, and Spokane is prominently featured.
Inland Pacific Kitchen and its nighttime counterpart, Nekojita Ramen, are celebrated for their seasonal menus and creative cocktails.
Cochinito Taqueria’s chef-driven tacos and Gander and Ryegrass’s “Chef’s Marathon” were named as well.
Wooden City also makes the list, praised for its energetic vibe and late-night fare.
