SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane County is taking steps to enhance public safety by applying for grant funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
The goal is to secure a counter-unmanned aircraft system designed to detect, monitor and track drones.
The system aims to bolster safety measures by keeping a close watch on unmanned aircraft activities in the area.
