Spokane County officials searching for at-risk 16-year-old

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is in search of an at-risk 16-year-old, last seen on May 12 in downtown Spokane.

Sierra N. Quattlebaum reportedly needs potentially life-saving treatment, however her whereabouts are unknown.

Quattlebaum was last seen with a family member at around 11:30 p.m. on May 12 near West 4th Avenue and South Wall Street. Her mother reported her missing the next day at 7:30 p.m.

SCSO says it is unknown if she is still in Spokane County or left with someone’s assistance.

Quattlebaum is a 5’2″ Indigenous female weighing about 110 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie and black jogging pants. She also has the word “Queen” tattooed on her left hand and “Up” on her right leg.
