SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane City Councilman Jonathan Bingle marked the end of his term during an emotional city council meeting.
Bingle, wearing a tuxedo with a red velvet tie, expressed gratitude to his colleagues from both sides of the aisle.
He served on the city council for three years.
Sarah Dixit will take over Bingle’s seat, representing District One in the Lilac City.
