Spokane bar shooting suspect found not guilty on murder charges

Moses Adedeji was found not guilty of all charges filed against him, including attempted murder, assault and drive by shooting. Including the charges that were updated on November 20, Adedeji faced six counts in total.

He received the verdict on Monday in Spokane County Superior Court, with Judge Annette S. Plese ordering for his immediate release.

No information has been shared at this time regarding what led to the decision.

SPOKANE, Wash. – A man is facing charges in Spokane County for an attempted murder incident at a downtown bar this summer.

Moses Adedeji, 22, was arrested in North Carolina weeks after the shooting. He had returned from a vacation in the United Kingdom at the time of his arrest.

Adedeji is now back in Spokane, where he is facing attempted murder charges. He is accused of allegedly shooting two people in the head during the incident.

Adedeji appeared in Spokane County Superior Court, where his bond was set at $1 million.
