POKANE, Wash. – Fire Investigators from the Special Investigations Unit concluded that a was caused accidentally. Combustible materials left on a stovetop ignited when the stove was unintentionally turned on.
The resident, who was seriously injured, was asleep when the fire started. A delayed warning occurred due to a previously disabled smoke alarm.
