SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Allergy & Asthma Clinic announced in a social media post Wednesday that their practice had closed for an indefinite amount of time. The clinic is listed as “permanently closed” on Google Maps.
Many comments under the post expressed frustration, with several individuals claiming they had appointments scheduled in the coming days or weeks and received no notice.
The clinic said in their post that patients would soon be receiving letters in the mail describing how they may request medical records, when to pick up medications and where else they may turn for care.
“We are incredibly grateful for the trust that you placed in us,” Spokane Allergy & Asthma Clinic said. “This has been heartbreaking for our providers and staff, and it has truly been a privilege to serve the Spokane community.”
No reason was given to indicate what caused the sudden closure.
