SPOKANE, Wash. – After 25 years, Soulful Soups is embracing a new chapter with new owners and a fresh location.
Aaron and Kaden Earle are set to take the reins from Lauren D’Arienzo, the owner of the restaurant ensuring the beloved Spokane eatery continues its tradition of heartfelt service and delicious soups.
Lauren expressed excitement for the transition, saying, “Aaron & Kaden share the same passion for heartfelt service, delicious soups, and community spirit that I hope I showed to you.”
Originally opened in 2000, Soulful Soups has been a community favorite in Spokane. Though the original location is no longer available, the new spot at 111 South Madison promises to continue the legacy. The Earles plan a soft opening this summer and aim for a full-service experience by fall 2025.
Lauren also acknowledged the dedication of past owners, crediting their hard work for the restaurant’s success. “I’m so grateful for their vision and effort that laid the foundation for what’s to come,” she stated.
As the community looks forward to this new era, Lauren thanked everyone for their support over the years. She concluded with optimism, “Cheers to new beginnings, community, lots of soup and beer bread of course!”
