WALLACE, Idaho – The Shoshone County Driver’s License Department reopened in Wallace with new safety measures in place following last month’s shooting outside the Sheriff’s Office that injured two people.
According to the Shoshone County Sheriff, only one person will be allowed in the lobby at a time. Visitors will need to pick up the red phone to inform dispatch of their purpose for visiting.
The rest of the lobby remains closed as part of the enhanced safety protocols.
