SPOKANE, Wash. – Several schools near Empire Avenue and Cook Street entered secure and teach for police activity in the area.
Schools that entered secure and teach include Shaw Middle School, Newtech Skill Center, Bemiss Elementary School and Regal School, according to Spokane Public Schools.
