SPRAGUE, Wash. — A semi rollover on State Highway 23 has closed the highway.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the crash was reported around 3 p.m. and is blocking Highway 23 near Davis Road, about 18 miles west of St. John and 13 miles south of Sprague.
WSDOT said drivers should expect delays and use alternate routes.
