SPOKANE, Wash. – ONE Spokane Stadium will host the Seattle Sounders and the Vancouver Whitecaps for their match in the second leg of the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup.
The Seattle Sounders have a bye in the first round of the championship, so the game in Spokane will be their first game in the tournament.
The match in Spokane was previously announced in Jan., and the Sounders’ opponent was announced after the Vancouver Whitecaps beat the CS Cartagines in round 1.
The match marks the first time the Seattle Sounders play competitively in Eastern Washington. The match is taking place at ONE Spokane Stadium because Lumen Field is unavailable due to preparations to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup this summer.
“As someone who grew up in Spokane, I know first-hand how deep the soccer culture runs in Eastern Washington, and it’s incredibly meaningful to bring a match of this magnitude back to that community,” Sounders FC General Manager & Chief Soccer Officer Craig Waibel said.
The Sounders game is not a part of Sounders FC’s 2026 Season Ticket Membership.
The game will take place on March 18 at 8 p.m. Tickets are not available yet, but those interested in match day information can fill out a form provided by ONE Spokane Stadium.
