
SEATTLE, Wash. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in Seattle recently seized 11,000 counterfeit Labubu dolls, according to a report from the agency.
The imitation toys are valued at more than half a million dollars, highlighting the ongoing issue of counterfeit goods entering the market.
Labubu dolls, created by a Hong Kong-based artist, have gained popularity as collectible figurines and are available in various sizes.
Despite the seizure, the CPB did not disclose details about the origin of the shipment.
There is no information available regarding any arrests related to the incident.
