Seahawks fans gather at Riverfront Park for Super Bowl celebration

SPOKANE, Wash. – Seahawks fans gathered at Riverfront Park to celebrate the team’s first Super Bowl appearance since 2015. The family-friendly event wrapped up around 6:00 p.m. and featured a live DJ, face painting, prizes and giveaways.

A special appearance by the Spokane Garbage Goat added to the festivities.

One attendee shared their thoughts on the diverse crowd, saying, “It was very interesting to watch the different, different folks, all the different demographics that are involved in the event. It’s pretty fascinating.”

In support of the Seahawks, the Riverfront Park Clock Tower is illuminated in green and blue, along with the 12s logo.
