SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Spokane Valley Fire Department responded early Thursday morning to an RV fire, which they say was sparked by unsafe heating practices.

The fire department arrived at the scene around 6:00 a.m. at East First Avenue and South Union Road. A viewer, R.G., sent a photo showing the RV fully engulfed in flames.

Fire officials determined the fire was caused by a propane heater used inside the RV. Fortunately, everyone escaped safely and no injuries were reported.
