SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Valley fire crews urge drivers to give emergency units plenty of space or avoid the area of Upriver Dr. and Center Rd.
They’re responding to a crash involving two vehicles, one of which rolled over into a utility pole, the Spokane Valley Fire Department said in a release.
