SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Drivers in Spokane Valley should prepare for a road closure this weekend. Pines Road will be fully closed from Pinecroft to Trent on Sunday and Monday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
BNSF Railway crews will be working to install support structures for a future rail bridge. This is part of a long-term project aimed at improving traffic flow and safety in the area.
Detours will be set up at Mansfield, University and Sullivan Roads to help manage traffic. Local access will remain available during this period.
