LENORE, Idaho – Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. visited the Nez Perce Tribal Hatchery Complex in Lenore as part of his ongoing visit to Idaho.
The visit followed a significant event where Kennedy, alongside Governor Brad Little, discussed Idaho’s health policies and the state’s role in the “Make America Healthy Again” campaign.
Governor Little took the opportunity to sign a proclamation declaring August as “Keeping Idaho Healthy Month.”
Both Kennedy and Little announced plans to host a roundtable with tribal leaders. The focus will be on discussing how the Trump administration and the state are addressing behavioral health needs on tribal reservations across Idaho.
