Pullman man pleads guilty to arson, faces jail time and hefty fines


PULLMAN, Wash.- Elijah Reagan has entered a guilty plea today after being arrested for arson and attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle on October 6, 2025.

According to court documents, by entering the guilty plea, The US Department of Justice will not pursue a federal case against Reagan for his crimes.

Reagan pled guilty to the following:

Arson in the first degree.Attempting to elude pursuing police vehicle.

He has been sentenced to 34 months in total confinement followed by 18 months of community custody.

Additionally, Reagan has a legal financial obligation of $1,208521.42. However, he must pay back the victims of the incident before he starts paying restitution to the insurance companies.
