The traffic light has been restored and is back on.
SPOKANE, Wash. – A power line was hit near 2nd Avenue and Walnut Street on Wednesday morning, and a traffic light went out.
Traffic is backed up at the Walnut Street exit.
According to Spokane police, the road will be temporarily closed while crews work.
