FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – Kevin Coe, known as the South Hill Rapist, is dead, according to communications from the Federal Way Mayor’s Office.
Ben Willer, communications manager with the Mayor’s Office, confirmed to NonStop Local that the Federal Way Police Department confirmed that Coe died on December 3, 2025.
