SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Union Pacific Railroad will close Pines Road, just north of I-90, for an emergency repair on Tuesday, Dec. 9.
The closure will occur from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Detours will be set up and clearly marked to guide drivers around the closure.
