KOOSKIA, Idaho – Emergency services responded to a small plane crash near the town of Kooskia on Saturday morning.
According to Kooskia Emergency Services, the crash occurred around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday near milepost 24.5 on Highway 13, just south of Kooskia.
Kooskia Ambulance and the Kooskia Fire Department were dispatched to the scene. The pilot, who was the only person on board, had already been extricated before crews arrived.
The pilot was transported by Kooskia Ambulance for further medical evaluation.
