TACOMA, Wash. – A person died after falling through glass at the Emerald Queen Casino this past weekend.
The Tacoma Fire Department told NonStop Local that its crew responded to the incident on Saturday night. The caller had reported someone falling through glass on an upper floor near the escalators at the casino located along East R Street.
The identity of the person who fell has not yet been released.
In addition to the deceased, firefighters took a second person with minor injuries to a local hospital. This individual was attempting to assist the person who fell.
The Puyallup Tribal Police are currently investigating the incident.
